Tracey runs an excellent class, above all the sessions help with self-motivation and ability to carry on with other activities


I feel much better after the class, confident and able. The hints and tips given help in normal life – and it’s fun too!


Tracey’s class is excellent even on bad days (breathing wise) she ensures we feel better when the class is finished. Tips on controlling COPD are very helpful. We are a nice sociable group now and all try our best – Thank you Tracey!!
